Students practice the experimental methods used for conducting psychological studies in preparation for research-oriented roles. B.S. majors can declare a Biopsychology or Cognitive Neuroscience emphasis for specialization. Rigorous coursework is heavily focused in statistics, biology, chemistry, physics, and brain development. Students can complete an independent study or Honors thesis project with Fredonia’s PhD-level faculty. Available facilities include the Adult Language Research Lab and Institute for Autism Research.
